Inmate Divers Earn Respect and Support

Verdiem-- The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is the state’s largest agency with approximately 65,000 employees and a $10.3 billion budget.

Layoffs

Central Valley Business Times-- With about 14,000 fewer inmates in its prisons because most of them have been transferred to county jails, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is sending notices to 548 workers that they will lose their jobs.
